\nBy submitting an inquiry, placing an order, or using the website, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.<\/p>\n

\nClient<\/strong>
\nAny legal or natural person submitting an inquiry or placing an order.

\nAll services offered by Evantis (events, strategy, marketing, execution, etc.).

\nThe website www.evantis.si and all related pages of the Organiser.

3. Nature of Services<\/strong>

\nWhile the Organiser strives for the highest quality of execution:

\n\u2022 outcomes depend on various factors beyond the Organiser\u2019s control
\nAll concepts, proposals, and materials are intended to support the Client, while final decisions remain the Client\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n

4. Cooperation and Orders<\/strong>
\nSubmitting an inquiry or communicating with the Organiser does not constitute a binding agreement.
\nA collaboration is considered confirmed when:
\n\u2022 an offer is accepted
\n\u2022 a contract is signed
\n\u2022 or both parties clearly confirm cooperation

\nBy attending the event, participants (including those invited by the Client) acknowledge and agree to the potential use of such materials.
\nThe Client is fully responsible for informing their invited participants and handling any related obligations.
\nIf an individual or the Client does not agree, this must be communicated in writing in advance.<\/p>\n

8. Intellectual Property<\/strong>
\nAll content (including concepts, visual solutions, texts, ideas, and materials) remains the property of the Organiser or its partners.
\nWithout prior written consent, it is not permitted to:
\n\u2022 use
\n\u2022 copy or distribute
\n\u2022 use for commercial purposes<\/p>\n

9. Limitation of Liability<\/strong>
\nThe Organiser shall not be liable for:
\n\u2022 the Client\u2019s business decisions
\n\u2022 the results of events or activities
\n\u2022 any direct or indirect damages
\nLiability of the Organiser is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
\nParticipation in events and use of services is at the Client\u2019s and participants\u2019 own risk.
\nThe Client is responsible for the safety of all participants.<\/p>\n

10. Website<\/strong>
\nThe Organiser does not guarantee:
\n\u2022 complete accuracy of information
\n\u2022 uninterrupted operation of the website
\nThe website is used at the user\u2019s own risk.
