The Organiser may photograph and record events for documentation, promotional, and reference purposes. By attending an event, participants are considered informed of this possibility.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions, participants confirm their awareness of the potential recording and publication of photos or videos on websites, online platforms, and social media channels (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
If an individual does not wish to be included, this must be communicated in writing in advance.
